I ended up being involved with two ponds on this property but the first was set into a blown concrete 'cliff face'. The pond had to meet the water's edge of the pool. Quite a headache for all concerned but the outcome was outstanding. Only 8,000 litres or so but with 6 large koi it looked spectacular particularly at night time.
