Pond design advice
The pond on the home page was designed and built by us. This pond takes 40 minutes every two weeks to maintain in top condition. It is testimony to good design and modern filtration techniques which are tried and tested.
We promise the following on the design advice we give:
1. All our products are tried and tested before we recommend to clients. We recommend an appointment to view working examples of most of our equipment.
2. We never give advice we do not believe in, simply to make a 'sale'
3. We are honest and will walk away from clients who wish the best but consistently compromise due to price.
4. We will guarantee a superior product when our advice is taken on design and products.
5. We insist on inexperienced clients viewing a good pond build and spend the time necessary with them to ensure they grasp the fundamentals of a good pond design.
6. We will give written estimates to genuine clients and we can supervise pond builds if required.
